ConocoPhillips Alaska and its heritage companies have more than 50 years of business history in Alaska. As Alaska's largest oil and gas producer, the company produced an average 182 thousand barrels of oil in 2017. ConocoPhillips, with about 1,100 Alaska employees, holds major ownership interests in the Prudhoe Bay Unit, the Kuparuk River Unit, and the Colville River Unit (Alpine). ConocoPhillips operates the Kuparuk and Alpine oil fields on the North Slope. The company has an ownership interest in the Trans Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS) and owns/operates the Polar Tankers fleet.

Position Summary:

This position requires working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment at a remote work site on the North Slope of Alaska. This position is a rotational position with a work schedule of 12-hour days for two weeks on and two weeks off. Alpine is a remote field that does not have road access. Candidate must be detail oriented and able to maintain a positive attitude while working with hundreds of diverse individuals for extended periods and meeting administrative support demands from several different business teams. Candidates need to be able to work independently and prioritize duties so that performance outcomes support the organization goals.

This position provides administrative and technical support to the Operations and Maintenance group along with Drilling, Wells, and the Projects groups. This position provides travel and billeting coordination, support SAP security coordination and SAP access issues, provide administrative support in the form of record keeping data entry, office organization and supply ordering. An ability to learn new software and manage electronic files is required.

O & M Staff Support Task Description: This position supports CPAI staff positions including the Field Manager, Operations and Support Superintendents, Maintenance Planners, and Engineering with office administrative duties. The primary function will be to support on-site CPAI Operations personnel with aviation (iLogistics) and billeting reservations.

Travel responsibilities including:

Serve as a “Master Journey Scheduler” and “Super Travel Planner” in the iLogistics aviation and billeting system. Make, cancel and reschedule flights and billeting reservations. Assist other Alpine area travel planners with troubleshooting and guidance on iLogistics travel and billeting issues or concerns. Serve as a single point of contact (SPOC) during weather and mechanical maintenance delays. This will require interfacing with Security and Shared Services Aviation (SSA) personnel to coordinate flight rebooking and priority lists for personnel inbound and outbound to the North Slope with associated flight connections to Alpine. Serve as Alpine Representative on the iLogistics/Aviation Functional Support Team by attending meetings and providing input. Collaborate with Share Service Aviation to Optimize East/West aircraft utilization.

Billeting responsibilities including:

Assign personnel to rooms based on the Alpine Billeting Philosophy for a 620 bed camp including resident check-in/check-out. Coordinate with Security to verify that the Alpine Camp Orientation and Web Based Training are complete before issuing rooms. Provide customer service by answering emails, phone calls and personnel coming to service window. Work with residents to resolve various room complaints and concerns. Work with camp maintenance and housekeeping teams for general maintenance concerns and upkeep of offices and living quarters. Prepare daily camp reports including forecasts, camp occupancy, housekeeping and evacuation for distribution to various management, support and planning teams. Interface with the Capital Projects Organization related to their temporary construction camps. Work with the Drilling and Wells groups supporting issues with their rig camp billeting. Identify and solve billeting room conflicts and identify forecasted billeting bottle necks. Provide Integrated Operations Alpine Billeting (Bed Space) forecast.

Other Administrative responsibilities including:

Provide Integrated Operations Alpine Billeting (Bed Space) forecast. Manage Document and Records Management and training for the Operations group Function as the Alpine SAP Security Coordinator Other duties include mail distribution, assist with special functions (e.g. recognition dinners and events), tours and act as an IMT Documentation Unit Lead.

Other Groups support tasks include the input of the daily lake water use and assist with general office organization along with medevac and response logistics. Qualifications: Basic/Required:

Legally authorized to work in the United States 3 years of experience in an administrative support role Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Intermediate knowledge aviation logistics and billeting systems Ability to multi-task and work under stressful conditions Strong customer service experience


3 years of experience in North Slope oil field operations and support functions 3 years of previous airline and/or logistics experience Previous experience working with diverse groups and meeting timetables and schedules 2 years experience with logistics and/or billeting functions Good phone, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Good understanding of computer and paper filing systems Personal organization and an ability to work both independently and in a team environment Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments by holding others accountable and standing up for what's right Delivers results through realistic planning to accomplish goals Generates effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical Listens actively and invites dialogue for shared understanding, then influences and acts to drive performance and achieve results
