Description:

ConocoPhillips is in search of a Talent Recruiting Coordinator in Bartlesville, Oklahoma or Houston, Texas to support the Talent Acquisition team in all phases of the recruiting process. Our Recruiting Coordinator partners directly with recruiters, candidates, HRBPs and hiring managers to provide a world class experience while maintaining best practices and efficiency. Your work will have a direct impact on our success and is an integral part of our team.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Metrics and Reports

  • Generating and analyzing key recruiting data for internal and external reporting purposes

  • Generating recruitment metrics and audits to ensure best in class operations

  • Partnering with Centers of Excellence and Employee Relations in the delivery of regulatory requirements

  • Recruiting Systems Maintenance

  • Staying informed on Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Client Relationship Management (CRM) system capabilities, upgrades and OFCCP compliance

  • Supporting the recruitment function with Staffing Express requisition management and maintenance

  • Maintaining database of candidate pipelines and recruiting sources

  • Taking an active role in and offer letter creation and validation

  • Recruitment Process

  • Working in compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations pertaining to equal employment opportunity, immigration and company policy per management direction and keeping up-to-date with recruiting best practices

  • Scheduling interviews, phone screens and meetings

  • Assisting with consultation of effective selection processes, interview guide creation

  • Utilizing effective communication and follow-through while acting as a dependable point of contact for candidates and hiring managers

  • Taking part in special project assignments to develop world class processes and tools for the recruiting function

  • Candidate Sourcing

  • Assisting the recruiters in developing inclusive, quality candidate pipelines, screening where appropriate

  • Staying informed of trends, innovative sourcing techniques and state-of-the-art recruiting practices

  • Assisting in the development and distribution of candidate sourcing documentation, webinars and other recruiter training materials

  • Composing search strings and participating in recruiter-lead search efforts

  • Participating in internal and external networks and affinity groups

  • Other

  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal clients and external vendors while selling company image and opportunities

  • Processing candidate travel and expenses

  • Assisting in the research, development, assessment and planning of recruiting events (e.g. job fairs and open houses), outreach sources, and additional sourcing opportunities

  • Assisting with recruitment events such as job fairs and open houses and maintaining career fair inventory

  • Ensuring that adequate supplies for the recruitment team are available including: interview material, job fair materials, giveaways and office supplies

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required

Qualifications:

Basic/Required:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Proficient (able to perform skill with limited assistance) with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or communications

  • Experience in Recruiting/Human Resources function

  • Knowledge and prior experience with Human Resource policies & practices; strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated experience using an Applicant Tracking System or applicant tracking software.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion

  • Demonstrates responsibility, ownership and commitment

  • Handles challenges and unexpected obstacles quickly and directly

  • Develops realistic plans needed to accomplish objectives and team goals

  • Communicates effectively and in an inclusive manner with all people, regardless of their level, culture or role in organization
