Description:

The purpose of this position will be to meet Corp. IT Supply Chain needs, from sourcing strategy to contract development, negotiations, award, and management.

Proactively manage contract portfolio while responding efficiently to requests for service. Ensure strong commercial structures (scopes and compensation) are in place for quality goods and services. Develop sourcing strategies and execute invitations to tender, author contracts and negotiate agreements for Corp. IT.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Proactively engage business partners to understand plans & programs

  • Manage work plans / contracting plans and ensure alignment with customer

  • Provide sourcing strategies and develop RFx / invitations to tender and complete bid analysis and award recommendations

  • Manage all aspects of Corp. IT contract activity, including creating, issuing, and negotiating new agreements and amendments.

  • Negotiate commercial structure as well as Terms & Conditions

  • Engage Legal and Clause Owners as needed and ensure appropriate documentation is in order

  • Negotiate and develop Corp. IT agreements for software licensing, hardware, telecom and services

  • Review agreements for convergence and leveraging opportunities

  • Evaluate spend and supplier capabilities as needed

  • Ensure compliance with Procurement Policy

  • Perform ongoing contract management using gCMS

  • Ensure Suppliers are enabled and attain rate validation

Qualifications:

Basic/Required:

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management or Business-related field

  • 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management or related field

Preferred:

  • Contract Management System / gCMS, SAP, and Microsoft Excel experience

  • Commercial Acumen

  • Contract development & administration experience

  • Sourcing process expertise

  • Deliver tangible results
