Real Estate and Facilities Services (REFS) is a leader in blending expertise for corporate real estate activities to create innovative workplace solutions and facility services that optimize customer performance around the world.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Acquiring/leasing/disposing of commercial real estate, including but not limited to office space, residential, warehouse facilities, and fee simple properties

  • Preparation of financial and market analysis of properties for purchase or lease

  • Ability to draft real estate related documents, facilitate internal and external due diligence, and negotiate various real estate transactions

  • Oversee the development and implementation of short- and long-term real estate project plans in support of domestic and global business units.

  • Ability to investigate and undertake review of pertinent statutes and case law related to real estate and real property issues that may arise

  • Utilizing computer systems involved in job functions, such as Quorum Land System, SAP, iOffice, and other real estate related software

  • Domestic and international travel in support of transactional real estate work



  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline

  • 5 years real estate related experience

  • Willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time


  • Juris Doctor degree

  • Real estate experience or the ability to quickly assimilate into this role

  • Background in the oil & gas industry

  • A self-starter able to work with minimal supervision and work well in a team environment

  • Strong communication skills required with the ability to establish/maintain relationships with internal and external business partners, suppliers, organizations, and agencies

  • Strong written/oral communication skills essential with the ability to exhibit flexibility and innovation, spontaneously think/respond quickly and be persistent

  • Computer proficient including strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word and Excel

  • Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments by holding others accountable and standing up for what's right

  • Delivers results through realistic planning to accomplish goals

  • Generates effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical
