The Audit Department consists of Internal Audit and Joint Venture Audit and has staff located in Bartlesville and Houston. The Bartlesville site is looking for an associate to perform administrative tasks, prepare audit reports, support audit scheduling/communication, and provide general assistance as required. A successful incumbent will have the opportunity to expand into increase auditing and digital support.
Your responsibilities may include:
Review and edit audit reports using the ConocoPhillips Style Guide; correcting grammar, punctuation, and spelling; scanning for accurate use of templates and elements of templates; testing all report hyperlinks; validate report distribution list for accuracy; publish reports through via department email address (Internal Audit reports); post reports department SharePoint site
Collaborate with audit clients to support schedule preparation
Provide administrative support (e.g., calendaring, managing group lists, SharePoint administration, office supplies, etc.)
Assist with audits as instructed by audit managers/auditors
Metrics calculation and tracking
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or national, or an alien admitted as permanent resident, refugee or asylee
3 years of experience in an office support or administrative role
3 years of experience with Word
1 years of experience with Excel
Strong grammar/report writing skills
Track record of accountability and achieving results
High attention to detail
Ability to work with multiple individuals
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Willingness to manage and seek mentorship regarding competing priorities
Ability to learn new (digital) technologies
Builds effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical
