The Innovation and Integration Coordinator will report to the Data Analytics and Innovation Director, with responsibility to: i) drive digital innovation efforts across functions in North Slope Operations and Development (NSOD); ii) facilitate Continuous Improvement via Alaska Margin Improvement Team and fueling the global Innovation pipeline; iii) coordinate workstreams across the Renaissance Of a Legacy Asset (ROLA) transformational change program
Responsibilities may include:
Collaborate across NSOD to identify strategic intra-discipline and cross-discipline digitalization and innovation opportunities
Facilitate integration with IT, Data Science and Data Integration functional teams. Strategic opportunities may comprise component projects – ensure scope, technical requirements, and resources are clearly understood and defined to meet stakeholder needs. Work with the Data Analytics Leadership Team to prioritize additions to the ongoing Data Analytics work program
Build strong stakeholder relationships with NSOD disciplines to ensure successful deployment and uptake of new work-products – driving business performance improvement
Support Continuous Improvement and capacity-building within NSOD discipline teams – goal is deep bench-strength of digital ‘translators’ and citizen data scientists in each discipline, to drive culture of rapid innovation and continuous improvement
Support digital opportunities generated by Renaissance Of a Legacy Asset (ROLA) transformational workscope
Coordinate and participate in NSOD Margin Improvement Team (MIT) integrated governance forum. Support and promote Alaska participation in global Innovation pipeline. Administer Alaska HYPE platform.
Establish digital workforce and cultural baseline performance metrics; monitor and report progress; benchmark internally and externally
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or relevant discipline
5 years of oil and gas industry experience
Interactive, team-oriented individual with the ability to work independently
Continuous Improvement familiarity – track record of driving performance change in complex or challenging assets
Data Science and Visualization skills – Python, Spotfire and/or Power BI
Interpersonal influence within a functional matrix organization
Demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering results
Creative mind-set, open to new ways of working and innovative approaches to solve problems
Ability to synthesize and communicate complex information clearly and effectively
Knowledge and practical experience with CDQ application, including VOI and risk analysis
